Ajalon Coleman, LMT
Hello. My name is Ajalon, AJ, for short. I am a practicing licensed massage therapist.

I have been practicing licensed massage therapy since 2009. My father started me on my journey when I was young. He worked as a technical engineer walking on concrete floors every shift for over 25 years. One day he came home and asked me to walk on his back. He guided me on areas to avoid, areas to focus on, and he told me when I could add more pressure. I thought it was so much fun! Little did I know, this was the beginning of my future career.
I moved to Hermitage, TN where I reentered school at High Tech Institute to follow up my previous schooling. Upon graduating, I took the national certification exam and passed then applied and received my Tennessee license for massage.

Get your energy back. I believe that massage is a great way to start your wellness journey. It helps you get in tune with your body and start recognizing what you are in need of physically and emotionally.

I love knowing that everyday I perform a massage it has helped someone reach a better quality of life. It can be something as seemingly simple as rejuvenating a fatigued client to helping relieve someone with frozen shoulder or on occasion witnessing someone's emotional release, I am fulfilled in knowing that I helped and they can feel my intent of care.
