Fall Sound Bath

What to Expect

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring items such as blankets or pillows for added comfort. As the session begins, the facilitator will introduce the instruments and guide the group into a state of relaxation. Attendees may experience a range of sensations, from gentle vibrations to profound emotional shifts, all within a safe and supportive environment. Whether you are seeking relaxation, healing, or a deeper connection to yourself, a sound bath offers a unique opportunity to recharge and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.
